The blue and white dress has short white ruffled sleeves, a black criss cross lace design below the bust and a sexy little black bow on the waist. The bottom half of the dress is a white and blue shimmering short skirt. The white part of the skirt is trimmed with white lace detail. The underlayer of the skirt is made up of 2 netted layers, one is white and the other is blue.
